  • Through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you submit an instant lead form or interact with our ads. Meta shares the information you provide in that form with us in accordance with Meta's own terms and your consent.
  • Automatically through cookies, analytics tools, and the Meta Pixel on our website.

  • Respond to your enquiry and contact you about your request, including by phone, email, or WhatsApp
  • Provide, quote for, and deliver our services
  • Manage our relationship with you and keep records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

5. Legal basis for processing (POPIA)

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers ("Operators") who help us run our business, such as our CRM provider (Salesforce), website hosting and analytics providers, email and communication tools, and advertising platforms (Meta). These providers process your information on our behalf and under agreement.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities where required by law.

Some of these providers may process or store information outside South Africa. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with POPIA.

7. Data retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our business records, and to comply with legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.

8. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site, to measure the performance of our advertising, and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad preferences through your Facebook and Instagram account settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the website functions.

Subject to POPIA, you have the right to:

  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information
  • Object to the processing of your personal information
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, unauthorised access, and misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and ads may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

12. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
